Shane Strough

More than fifteen years keeping mission-critical systems running — now making sure contractors stop losing jobs to the ones that don't.

Shane Strough founded Elevare Edge to bring the discipline of mission-critical infrastructure to a problem most contractors don't realize is costing them: the jobs that quietly leak out through missed calls and slow follow-up. For more than fifteen years he's led programs where a dropped handoff isn't an inconvenience — it's a six-figure failure.

As a General Superintendent at M.C. Dean, Shane directed concurrent multi-site programs across five U.S. states and Germany — totaling more than $50M in contract value — in live, occupied, high-security environments where there's no room for error. His work spans DoD and federal facilities, utilities, industrial plants, and hyperscale data centers: restoring FAA compliance on Blue Origin's Launch Complex 36 here on the Space Coast, rebuilding electrical infrastructure inside an occupied Federal Reserve Bank, and modernizing controls across hundreds of secure buildings — with a zero-incident track record throughout.

What ties it together is a simple conviction: clarity is a force multiplier, and in live environments miscommunication is a material financial risk. The communication and execution frameworks Shane built for the highest-stakes programs are the same ones behind Elevare Edge — now paired with the AI and automation systems he builds himself. A missed call is a contractor's version of a dropped handoff. Elevare Edge is built so it doesn't happen.

Shane is based on Florida's Space Coast, where Elevare Edge starts with the generator and electrical contractors he knows best. He also hosts Stop the Chaos, a podcast on field communications in mission-critical work.

Selected background

General Superintendent, M.C. Dean

Directed concurrent DoD and federal programs across five U.S. states and Germany — $50M+ in contract value — in live, occupied, high-security environments.

Blue Origin — Launch Complex 36

Restored FAA compliance on launch infrastructure at Cape Canaveral, with specialized access operations at 586+ feet. Zero incidents.

Federal Reserve Bank — New Orleans

Rebuilt electrical infrastructure inside an occupied, active federal facility without disruption to operations or security.

Hyperscale data centers & industrial

Controls, switchgear, and mission-critical cutovers across data center, utility, and industrial programs — delivered without operational downtime.

Founder, Elevare Edge LLC

Builds the AI and automation systems behind the work himself — document control, retrieval, and workflow tooling in Python and Next.js.

Also building

Shane builds across the Elevare suite, including Elevare Beats and Elevare Scribe.
